Description
Not “a Bond-style watch.” Not “inspired by.” This is the one on Craig’s wrist for the entire film — the Seamaster 300M 007 Edition, in the full titanium/mesh configuration, and it’s sitting here full set instead of on a dealer’s someday list.
What makes this one special never gets old: 42mm of Grade 2 titanium that wears featherweight compared to a steel 300M, the tropical brown dial and bezel with that faux-aged lume that looks like it’s been to war and won, no date and a closed caseback because MI6 doesn’t issue exhibition casebacks — just the military engravings: 0552 / 923 7697 / A / 007 / 62. Inside, the Cal. 8806 Master Chronometer: METAS certified, 55-hour reserve, shrugs off 15,000 gauss.
The mesh is the sleeper feature — Omega’s Milanese in titanium with the tool-free adjustable clasp. Sized in seconds, no screwdriver, no watchmaker. There’s a clip of it working in my video because it’s genuinely satisfying.
Condition, straight up: excellent, with one honest flaw to report — a small ding on the bezel at 11 o’clock, shot up close so you’re not guessing. Beyond that it’s clean: titanium and mesh show only the lightest careful wear. Everything I found is in the photos, and I’ll shoot macros of anything you want a closer look at, same day.
Verified before listing: cleaned, inspected, timegrapher’d at the correct 38° Co-Axial lift angle — +2 sec/day, amplitude 255°, beat error 0.1ms. Inside METAS spec. “Runs great” isn’t a measurement; numbers are.
Full set plus: box, papers, card dated December 2021, hang tag, the brown 007 fabric pouch as issued — and an additional strap riding along.
Shipped, CONUS — overnight, fully insured, adult signature, double-boxed plain. Bank wire transfer.
